Redeeming Tickets

Good morning all, and happy Friday! Does anyone know of a quick way to redeem tickets from an event that were  not scanned? We had many attend last night that could not find their ticket emails, so we just checked their names off on a guest list.

  • As far as I know the only out of the way box to do so is to look up their ticket numbers and use the Mark Attendance function in Season Manager. We had a custom utility built -- based on a Mini Magic poster I saw at last year's TLCC -- that allows us to mark attendance in bulk after the fact, but it doesn't let you choose which tickets are marked. We use it primarily for things like opening receptions where we don't ticket, but we want to keep track of attendance numbers. (In that case we sell all the tickets to our museum's constituent record in bulk, so it doesn't matter which ones are marked.)
