How are folks tracking geographic source for Walkup International Guests? In the case where you are not geting full addresses.
For example, you may use Surveys or Custom Fields for your counties postal codes on the General Public Account 0. But you have an international guest, not from your country. Is anyone keeping the country or continent from which the customer is coming from? If so how?

Like the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, we use order survey with three required questions: 1. Country 2. Zip Code 3. Repeat Visitor. If the guest is international we have an internal code our staff is trained on to complete for Zip Code. Our Country question references the TR_Country table.
We worked with Tessitura's Extended Services to create a report to see our country and zip code information with number of tickets and dollar amount. We prioritize orders with a known CID attached for country/zip information and then look to CID 0 for order survey results.
