Hello again Network,
After receiving fantastic support and suggestions to my first post, I'm reaching out to the Network again.
We are now ten days into go-live and have started looking at our post-go-live wish list. At the top of this list is finding a solution to allow us to capture attendance counts for our 2 & Under guests. We currently do not require 2 & Under guests to get a ticket and would like to keep it that way. We can track 2 & Under guests who are visiting with a member using the "Other" field on the NSCAN. Is anyone tracking this type of unticketed attendance? If so, how are you doing it? If you're currently not tracking this would it be something you'd like to track?
Looking forward to some great responses.
Thank you in advance,
Carl
We have a $0 ticket both online and onsite for children 2 and under. Admissions staff automatically add it to a guests order whenever an infant or toddler is spotted. If a guest arrives with online tickets at the nscan checkpoint with no ticket for the infant, our scanner still add a (highly technical here) tally mark onto our paper appointment list. We do this for members with their scannable cards as well. At the end of the day, there is an entertaining "How many free babies were there today?" radio call and the admissions manager puts the total tally marks into tessitura with the free ticket at that point.
Low tech, but it's been working pretty well.
