Security Roles and Permissions Reporting

How do you all keep track of what access each user/user group has in Tessitura?

We have just shy of 20 unique Security Roles, plus a couple of Control Groups, and also utilizing MOS to control access.

I have a (nearly-unreadable) spreadsheet of every security object and which security roles have access to what (with a checkbox for every "Add," "Delete," "Edit," "View" X 200 security objects X 20 security roles), but that does not meaningfully capture the essence of what each role has access to. And I also have to edit said spreadsheet every time a role changes, so the efficiency/accuracy leave a lot to be desired.

My Chief Operations Officer would like to see a report of what each department has access to in Tessitura, and I definitely cannot send her this monster spreadsheet.
