We're looking into rolling out TNMP to provide mobile member cards and to ease some pain we've had with print at home tickets. Have any of you deployed it? Any strategies you can share for convincing customers to download the app in the first place? Thanks!
Hi Scott - We use TNMP for our member cards and print at homes. It was our marketing team that set up the app and handled communications on directing folks to download it. If you're interested, I can provide their emails.
