I am curious if anyone has moved to Tessitura Merchant Services for their payment services? Have any University of California people made the switch, or started the process vendor risk assessment process? How is it going?

Hi Sarah!! Great question--I'd love to hear from what Universities have made the switch! I would LOVE to make the switch and it would be great to hear from other Universities' experiences!

Same here! We haven't made the switch and don't really have bandwidth to dive into it for awhile. Would love to hear from others if/when they do make the switch.
We just met with our campus team, and they provided a list of items they'd need to review in order to move forward. If anyone is interested in getting a list of those items, just send me an email at smherrera@ucdavis.edu. I know ever university security review will be different, but happy to share what I have learned so far.
