Hi Jessica,I don't have any suggestions but I'm also interested to know about this, as my marketing team would love us to add this support. Have you been looking at particular vendors for this function yet? I'm also particularly interested with how chat functions once someone enters the TNEW purchase path.
I asked an Event Planners group from within Rutgers as well. Here are their answers so far: Olark, Slack, Tawk, and LiveChat. Anyone familiar with any of these?
That was a question we are thinking about as well - placement. Should it be placed on our website prior to entering the purchase path or within the TNew purchase path?
