Reports and Utilities for ticketing-HELP!

Hello, friends! I have accepted a new role at Notre Dame and I am transitioning out of my Ticket Manager role. Is anyone available who is a guru at reports and utilities that might be able to help me figure out how best to report out a few things to our marketing department? It's just basic subscriber information and ticketing information. I'd LOVE to hear and see how other people pull certain reports or if they're better pulled from Analytics! I would be SO appreciative!!!
