Acknowledgements Quarterly/Biannual Direct Debits for Memberships

Has anyone had any experience setting up acknowledgements to go to Members when they have made a Direct Debit Pledge Payment against a payment schedule for Membership?

I'd really like to start automating these if possible!

    Hey Holly,

    Happy New Year! Hope you’re doing well.

    You need to set up a list in Tessitura with the criteria you want, and then make it dynamic. Then set up a triggered email campaign in Wordfly. Every time Wordfly triggers, it’ll ask Tessitura for the list and then because its dynamic it will automatically regenerate with all the new payees.

    You could set the list to look back at pledges set between yesterday midnight and yesterday 23.59.59 – that way you won’t pull in all previous people, and set the campaign in Wordfly to send every day. If the list is empty nothing will send out.
