Automating Renewal Emails through Wordfly

Hello All,

We went live on Tessitura in April and we're using Wordfly for all the Membership Renewal emails. 

It's our plan that, moving forward we'd like these emails to be triggered/automated through Wordfly as Members reach their expiry date. 

Does anyone have any experience setting this up?

    Hi Holly,

    We're not currently doing this, but I believe it is possible by using a dynamic List. Essentially you would need to:

    1. Set-up your List to pull off members expiring in the next 2 weeks, 30 days etc
    2. Enable the 'dynamic' function so that the List re-generates each time it is used
    3. Set-up a daily/weekly triggered email in Wordfly, and connect it to this dynamic List

    Hope that's helpful. If you do end up using this approach, I'd be really interested to hear how it goes, particular if you encounter any unforeseen difficulties.
