Although this is a key item for the Members Advisory Board, people are keen to hear tips on how to track the benefits of individual and corporate members, on current versions of Tessitura.
Are you recording member benefits on or off Tessitura?
Is there a particular benefit you have that feels hard to monitor?

There is a Memberships first video that the MAC are currently reviewing, which although isn't currently looking at benefits, I'd be happy to share with you to get feedback.
The recording and the questions were sent to the TessAdmin contacts at EU organisations, so hopefully it will have been shared with the relevant people at your organisations. If it hasn't and you want to see it and provide feedback; then let me know and I can send it to you.
