We're looking to do some training with our Box Office team as we haven't done any formal training with the team since pre covid, Can anyone recommend any external providers? There is lots of customer service training out there but not many which are tailored towards the arts.
We're looking at re launching our membership scheme and introducing add on sales so feel like now is a good time for some refresher training and coaching on increasing sales/upselling etc.
Any suggestions much appreciated!
