Hi,
We're selling products (catalogues etc) as Add Ons to many of our events and exhibitions.
Some of these products are being sold across more than one event and we'd really like to be able to report on how the Add Ons are performing in relation to which event they are sold with.
We have no problem reporting on each individually, but would be great if we could see the orders that had both the event and the Add On.
Has anyone done anything similar, ideally within analytics?
Thanks,
Grant
Hi Grant
We've had a few issues like this in the past, we got round it by splitting the add ons to match the calendar date and time of the productions they pertain to, though I didn't really like this as a solution, as I'd rather have one event for add ons for simplicity and track in a different way. I don't have an answer for you I'm afraid, but I'd be interested to see what comes up.
Thanks
Brendan
Hi Grant,
Do you sell your 'Add Ons' as performances in Tessitura?
If so it sounds like you are looking at the same thing I was recently, but I was looking at what orders had our refund protection product (Booking Protect) added on.
Got the a helpful reply from Chris Wallingford which might be useful.

Hi Donald,
thanks, that looks like it might be useful. I'll give it a go and let you know how we get on.
