Version 16 ticketing highlights

Hi!

Thank you again for having me last week at your meeting. It was great to see you all, and I very much enjoyed sharing Version 16 with you.

I thought it might be helpful to send a quick follow-up with some of the key new features in Version 16 as well as additional resources for learning more:

  1. We're moving Tessitura into a web application, and we're giving the software a full interface update as we make the transition. Although the changes started a few years ago, the update will be most noticeable in Version 16. The Constituent Record, Reports & Utilities, Segmentation (formerly Extractions), and Reference Tables (formerly System Tables) have all been updated to the friendlier and easier-to-use interface. More details can be found in the Version 16 Constituents UI Update documentation, Report and Utility UI Updates documentation, and the Extraction Changes documentation.
  2. In Version 16, membership functionality has been hugely improved. Pricing rules can now be used for memberships, and benefit tracking is now standard in Tessitura. More details can be found in the v16 Membership Overview session from TLCC 2021.
  3. In addition to the major changes, we've made hundreds of small changes throughout the application. A few that I'm most excited about are the ability to set favorite screens in the constituent record for quicker navigation, the ability to save parameter sets for reports that you run regularly, and the ability to require that customer use an email address as their web login. Full details on everything that's new in Version 16 can be found here.

The best way to stay up to date on Version 16 development is to keep an eye on the Version 16 Hub on tessituranetwork.com. Anytime we have timeline updates or news to share, we make sure to post it there.

And if you ever have any questions about v16 or the Tessitura roadmap, please don't ever hesitate to reach out to us at product@tessituranetwork.com.

Thanks again for having me!

Best,
