We’re working on our plans for reopening and recruitment, and just looking to see how other venues are looking to reopen their phone room/call centre environment and front desk so I have a few q's if you dont mind:
We previously opened the front desk daily from 10am until the end of the performance, as well as the phone room Monday to Saturday 10 – 6pm so are looking to scale this back in some form due to resourcing and the big shift to digital with emails/webchat etc, but are keen to know what other venues are planning on doing.
