I wondered if anyone in the community had implemented the 'On Account' payment method in TNEW where customers can use their credit towards events? We are in the process of getting ready to go on sale with events and hope to have this ready for then.
Any tips or feedback on how you and your patrons found it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm just about to set this up in our TEST system to evaluate it.

The setup looks fine, but I'm a little concerned that it may make life difficult for our Finance department in terms of reconciliation of payments.
I'll let you know how it goes once I've done some testing.

We have been using it and it's been working fine.
You just need to make sure the customer knows how to find it thats the main query we get, as its not clear.

We have set this up too! So far no patrons have booked using it as payment :-( but as far as we can tell it's working okay from our tests. I think, as Tina says, the main issue will be customers knowing how to use it but in theory it is quite straightforward...

Thanks so much for your response, that's great to hear it's working fine. Can I just ask whether you created a list and contacted all customers about this update?
We emailed everyone with credit on there account when we were about to put something on sale, letting them know they had credit on there account and how to use it.
