Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let you know about a couple of webinars put together by STAR which are happening next week and may be of interest to you and your wider teams. Further information and registration is available via the individual links.
We will look to put the next EU Community Group meeting in early March so watch this space for an update in the coming weeks. Hope you're all keeping well at this time.
Best,
James
STAR is pleased to host two webinars later this month which are free for anyone to attend.
Working from home has been a necessary consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, changing the landscape for how we work and affecting our individual well-being, as well as that of our teams. During this time, we have all been finding ways that work for ourselves individually and that help us prosper as people. We have also focused on supporting our colleagues inside our own organisations and across the industry.

Making Home Work
This webinar will bring together a number of STAR members to discuss some of the challenges, including work-from-home policies for businesses, managing staff, providing remote customer service, the role (or not!) of contact centres, PCI compliance, work/life balance, maintaining mental health, how to get the best from online meetings, technical issues and how to resolve them and what changes to our old ways of working might continue in the longer term.
