Hi everyoneRecognising where we are now, we’re keen to arrange a session to explore event setup and management so that’s it’s helpful to all. However, I need your help! To make sure its relevant and useful, I’d welcome you to make suggestions on what you think should be covered. Would you like more broad end-to-end event setup training where we demo how to build and manage an event from start to finish, and show you the common areas where people need help troubleshooting? Or perhaps detail is what you’re after? Is there a specific area of ticketing/marketing that you’d like us to focus on, like ranking, offers, list manager, analytics? Thanks for offering this. I'm very much lacking in analytics knowledge/experience at the moment and would like to use the downtime before full reopening to learn and practice as much as I can, so for me personally a detailed introduction to analytics would be fantastic. A general refresh of setups/maintenance also sounds great; maybe each topic could be run as a separate session so people can dip in and out according to their needs?
