We are delighted to have scheduled to have our next in person meeting at the Southbank Centre on Friday 5th April (2pm-5pm). Room listed above and Full Agenda below. For those arriving earlier and keen, we will look to arrange a location to have lunch beforehand to meet and greet and network before we go into the meeting

  • 2.30pm – 3pm (30 mins) – Self Service Returns – Presentation from The Royal Opera House
  • 3pm – 3.30pm (30 mins) – Show, Tell, Discuss. Lloyd from Tessitura sharing some new screens – (Tessitura)  
  • 3:30pm – 3:50pm (20 mins) Mini Break – Networking
  • 3:50pm – 4.20pm (30 mins) – V16 Discussion Upgrading/Training and everything in between.  
  • 4.20pm – 4.50pm (30mins) Round Table Discussion: Topics decided by suggestions from community. Insights, pricing rules, analytics
  • 4.50pm – 5pm (15 mins) – AOB / Close

Please submit any further topics you would like to see! We will also arrange smaller breakout groups to discuss specific topics, or personal challenges you want to bring to this group

We ask that you bring along your own tea or coffee - snacks will be provided. Following the session for those not rushing off, we will journey to a local public house for more networking

We really want the conversation to be shaped by everyone in the community, so please submit any topics that you would like to see at this meet-up, please do reply in the comments or message privately to help us shape the agenda.
