I was just wondering if you know how to count number of members who have become Inactive but have been a member before that.

It depends what you mean by Inactive - do you mean their membership has expired or lapsed, or do you mean the constituent record has been marked Inactive?
If it's the former, you can use List Manager with the relevant criteria from Memberships eg:- Organisation or Level- Membership Status (incl Deactivated, Expired etc as required)- You can add a date period eg Membership Exp Date
If you want to include Inactive accounts, it's best to use Extraction Manager instead of List Manager as List Manager automatically excludes Inactive accounts.
