Morning!We're currently trying to fine tune our follow up visitor emails for customers who have visited one of our sites to attempt to convert them to members. Just wanted to get some feedback on what people have found to be the best practices? Is it better to send the email the same day? Does adding an offer on top (Free coffee in the café) make a difference or is it better to just go for the membership?
Any feedback and advice would be very much appreciated.

Will be following with interest as we are currently looked at our offer/memberships and how we upsell and whether additional perks might work. We're also looking at the possibility of upgrading the tesco entry to our unchained pass. Sorry I can't be of more use initially.
