Agenda for Next Week's Meet Up

Hello all,

Just dropping a quick note to let you know the agenda for the in-person meeting next week. 

Jon and I can't wait to welcome you all alongside the Tessitura staff members that will also be in attendance. 

Below is a short agenda to give you an idea of what to expect for those of you who like to be prepared! However, we want this to be a relaxed atmosphere, so no preparation necessary at all really. 

15:00-15:10 : Arrival

15:15 : Part 1 – Welcome and Introduction (40 mins)

  •  A welcome from your EU Museums and Attractions Community Chairs
  •  Roundtable introduction from all attendees, venue by venue: we’ll ask you to share names and pronouns, what your role is, when your org implemented, what version of Tessitura you are currently on, and what your focus is at the moment within Tessitura.

15:55 : Comfort Break

16:00 : Part 2 – Museums and Attractions Group Discussion with John Jakovich, Chief Innovation Office, Tessitura Network

  • Co-Chair John Haworth (Tate) will lead us through questions and discussion for the group on museums and attractions topics such as processing quickly front of house, tracking museum/attraction targets, general admission challenges and opportunities, etc.

17:00: Part 3 – Short Talk and Close

  • Kirsty Alexander, CRM and Data Manager from Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales will share with us what her organisation has experienced over the 6 months since their go live—a sneak preview of the types of peer-to-peer sharing we hope this group will enable in the future. Thank you to Kirsty in advance for stepping up to volunteer for this! 

Afterwards, for anyone who is interested we will be very likely to have a few drinks somewhere nearby. Please do join if you can. Please feel free to reach out directly with any questions or to let us know of any access requirements you might have on the day.
