Hi all - I'm doing some benchmarking of some roles within our CRM team, and I can't find much out there at the moment in the way of active ticketing/CRM assistant/officer/administrator roles with which to compare against. Would anyone mind sharing any current JDs they have for these kinds of roles, and if you feel comfortable doing so, the rough salary band?Appreciate it's a sensitive ask; even if you'd be happy to share a 'ballpark' figure or a sense of what the role covers, that'd be super helpful.Thanks in advance!James
