Don and I would like to invite you to join us for our first Virtual Open Space Discussions!
Open Space Discussions are a wonderful way to enable all of you to create your own agenda and discuss the things that you wish to discuss, that you care about most, centred around our theme "Revisioning 2020". This can cover a wide breadth of topics, from "Challenges of home-schooling whilst trying to work" to "What does ticketing look like in the future?" - nothing is off the table. If you don't have a topic in mind right now, well that's OK – you can learn from what others are thinking about. Your knowledge and experience will be invaluable to your Tessitura Network colleagues. And, if you do have a burning question or issue that you wish to discuss with your fellow Tessitura Network community, then make a note and bring it with you to our Open Space Discussions.
The only thing you need to do in advance is make sure that you can access google sheets from your computer. We'll explain how everything else works on the day but whether you are suggesting a topic, or sharing your knowledge, your roles are to bring the passion and the willingness to explore! Be prepared to be surprised!
