I've also put this in the Museums, Zoos & Aquariums TUG.
We're now over 2 years into using Tessitura here at Somerset House and we're starting to look at how we can track against targets more effectively in the system. Currently it's all done in Spreadsheets.
For an exhibition we would have a financial and visitor target for the exhibition as a whole and then also daily - the daily targets will vary day to day.
Is there anyone on here who is using Tessitura to track both financial and visitors against your targets?

This is something we do via Local System tables in Tessitura (and pull through to Analytics). Happy to show you what we do if you fancy a field trip to the Science Museum.

Hi Kyle,
We use content types (TR_INV_CONTENT) for both ticket and income targets on production season level (exhibition targets overall) and on perf level (daily targets). Values are stored as strings but they can be converted to int/money in stored procs.

Sorry to jump on this too. We are currently looking at doing exactly that. At the moment we are using spreadsheets and are developing some dashboards in Analytics but would love to see what you are up to. Would it be possible for me to tag along as well?
