As discussed at our last meeting, our meeting in the new year will be virtual and will be a lean coffee table meet up. In this meeting we will use the Lean Coffee Table platform to help us take suggestions for group discussion points. For those of you who are new to this format, Lean Coffee Table meetings use a lightweight framework where attendees create the agenda and focus is maintained with effective time keeping: Attendees can create discussion topics and vote on them to create a prioritised list. Conversations are directed and productive because the agendas for the meeting are democratically generated. Simple timers keep everyone focused on the topic and give everyone a chance to get their discussion point across. Don't worry if you've never used this platform before-- it's extremely intuitive. We'll give everyone a quick summary of how to make it work in the meeting, and there is no need to log on or register in advance. We'll send the link for the Lean Coffee Table through the chat function on Teams and we'll be on our way. That said, if you do have the option to join this meeting on a laptop where you have a bigger screen to follow along the Lean Coffee Table in a web browser while you're also looking at the other participants in Team, that would be quite useful!

We will be giving a prize away randomly to one lucky participant, so if the discussion alone wasn't enticing enough, perhaps this will tempt you to log on for a chance to win some swag! 

Please be ready for a dynamic discussion which will allow all participants to bring up the topics they are looking to hear about-- bring your challenges, your curiosities and your questions! The community is here to help. 

We hope this different format will give us more of a chance to really tackle some of your key priority areas head on and will give us a forum to learn from each other. Also, do bring colleagues along to this meeting, especially if they've got a specific question on their minds that they've been looking to get other's views on.
