We're in discussions right now about digital membership cards. Our membership cards are barcoded and we use NSCAN for member check in. We currently have paper printed cards. I know this is an option in TNMP. Who is using it currently, and what successes and challenges have you experienced?

Hi Lisa, we are using this feature in TNMP but not 100%. We sell seat passes ( which is a membership in Tessitura). In TNMP it looks like a membership card which they can present to get discounted tickets for certain performances. A Pricing Rule based on Constituency from that membership allows a sale of discounted tickets online. We are thinking about other perks/promotions for seat pass holders but rolling out slowly.
