Hi, we are testing My Tickets. I have a TASK in already, but I am wondering if anyone else is using QR Codes with My Tickets. We are trying to suppress the actual bar code element number from displaying on the ticket. Using the N-Scan Number as the Data Element, the documentation says to uncheck both the "Print as Barcode" and Print Barcode as Text" which we have, yet the number still displays on a printed ticket. Any ideas?

You can adjust this field length and height on a printed ticket to a dot if you prefer not to see it.
