Request update process.

I'm assuming this would go like the initial submission of our App to Apple & Google, but are there extra steps or cost if we decided to make a change that requires this? Do the timelines remain the same? Thanks, Phil Lunsford Web Services Manager Tennessee Performing Arts Center

Hi Philip, For TN Mobile Plus users, the only settings that require the app to be re-published are those under Permanent Settings. You can read more about this in our TN Mobile Plus User Guide here https://www.tessituranetwork.com/tn_mobile_plus_user_guide/TNMP.htm#Topics/Configuration/Basic_Settings_Menu.htm Our development team receives a notification to re-publish the app and takes care of any feedback from iTunes or Google Play. There is no additional charge for routine updates like this.
