I have been testing the Geofences feature the past few days and I see some total messages sent in the InstantEncore TNMP page, but I personally have not received any. I have notifications enabled, re-installed the Android app for Samsung Galaxy S5, etc. Has anyone else reported any issues, plus, does it only support certain smartphones?

Hi Tony,
The Geofence push notification feature is available to all mobile devices so you should be ok on that front.
You mention that you are allowing push notification, but are you also allowing the app to access your location when the app is not in use? If so and you are still having trouble, can you please open a task ticket and we can take a look together?
