Hi All,
I found in documentation how to limit a patrons ability to change a name on an account. On LTR_TNEW_FORM_CONTROLS, I have adjusted the AccountPageNamesAccess value to show. However, our mobile app is not listening to this change. I am still able to change the name on my personal account. This is more than 30 minutes after the update to the system table.
Am I missing a step? Help documentation does not say I need to do anything else other than change that value. Any guidance would be awesome.
