We are experiencing an issue with password reset through TNMP. When you enter the email address associated with your TNMP login, the token email is received, as expected. However, when you touch the token link, the redirect takes you to 5thavenue.instantencore.com but it's just a blank white screen. It appears this only happens on iPhone. I could not find any documentation in help regarding password reset via TNMP so any help you can provide on how we would fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,
TNMP doesn't have a built in password reset function in the application, so you must use an email template that will link back to your www site for the password reset.
Can you please open a TASK ticket and the Web Products team can help you set up your password reset emails with TNMP.
