I was wondering if TNMP currently supports ticket package sales. I was trying to find out through documentation in the TNMP user guide but I couldn't see anything that discussed this. If not, could a custom redirect allow for the sales of packages by connecting to our website?

Hey Chris, you are correct. The current version of TN Mobile Plus does not include subscription package functionality. If your www site works well on mobile, you could definitely experiment with creating a custom tab that links to your subscription path. I should also mention that your annual TN Mobile Plus fee covers training and support, so you're welcome to submit a TASK ticket in the Web Products workspace to work with someone from our support team.

Thanks Karyn. I thought I had read somewhere that packages weren't able to be done currently through the app but with the custom redirects I thought that might be a way around this.
I would LOVE some training from a Network staff member on TNMP. It's a new adventure in learning for me and I really want to leverage as much use out of TNMP as possible for The 5th. I'll submit a TASK ticket as soon as I get the go ahead.
This may be late to post but we encountered the same issue also. We were able to create a custom tab with a URL link to our custom ticketing page. This was a way around the issue of the app not supporting packages.
