Hello!
I've been meaning to ask this question for quite some time but keep forgetting until it's an issue. :)
We currently have a custom website (not TNEW) and our website has functionality to enable a 'maintenance mode'. When the website is flagged as being in maintenance mode our customers can navigate our main site normally but if they choose to buy tickets they are directed to a page that explains that ticket purchase is temporarily unavailable and invites them to try again later or call our box office during business hours.
I'm wondering if TNMP has the capability of doing anything similar to prevent patrons from attempting to purchase tickets through the app when the system is not available or if we need to stop sales for a short period of time (ex. fiscal year end). If there isn't a built in way to do that, how do other organizations handle these situations? I can't believe we would be the only organization that needs to do server reboots or upgrades occasionally! :)
Thanks for your advice,
Beth
Hi Beth,
In the TN Mobile Plus Control Panel, if you navigate to the tabs management page, you can uncheck the "Display in App" checkbox for the Tessitura enabled features, and this will temporarily hide those tabs. Then just re-check them when your system is back online.

Aha! I'll have a look at that. Sounds like it's just what we need.
Thanks!
