Good morning!
After attending the TNMP for TNMP Users session at conference we though it an excellent idea to add "loading" copy to the Loading Screen image to help ease the patrons fears of a frozen or broken app while waiting for the app to load.
Unfortunately, while the image is displaying correctly in the dashboard, it is not showing correctly in the app. The image that loads is the previous version that doesn't carry any text.
Has anyone experienced this or have any troubleshooting suggestions?

Hi Short,
The image you are referring to is under the heading of Permanent Settings in your TNMP Control Panel>TN Mobile Plus>Basic Settings.
For changes under this header, including this image with your Loading text to take effect here, the apps need to be re-submitted to the Apple and Android stores.
Please submit a TASK ticket in the Web Products workspace and a member of the Support team will be happy to walk you through the steps to complete this process.
