Hi,We have a new dancer that I would like to add to our list of dancers on our TN Mobile site. When I attempt to add the new artist by typing in the dancer's name, another person with the same name that already exists at another institution populates the field. I cannot create a new entry for the dancer with the same name. Even when I don't select the name that pops up in the field, TN Mobile adds the conductor from another institution on our page. It looks like I can go in and delete all the other person's content, but I don't want to do that for obvious reasons and I imagine our dancer would appear on their instance of TN Mobile.Joseph Walsh is the name I need to add to our TN Mobile site. Any idea how I can do this without disrupting the other Joseph Walsh entry?Thanks,Andrew
It looks like someone created an artist name "Joseph Walsh [conductor]" and "Joseph Walsh [dancer]". I used the dancer version. When I was poking around, I realized I didn't have to use the full name when adding a new artist and started tagging the artist names with a name unique to us.
