Did you know? You can add a ticket limit for a specific performance in TN Mobile Plus by using Offers!

2) Under Production Elements, go to the performance level for the performance you wish to add the ticket limit to 

 
3) Go to the MOS tab, highlight your default Web Mode of Sale (or your TNMP specific MOS if you have one) and click the “Offers” button in the bottom right hand corner



4) In the “Offers” window, select the following

a. Choose the appropriate pricetype that should have the ticket limit
b. Under “Appeal” choose (all appeals)
c. Under “Souce” choose (all sources)
d. For Start Dt, enter in the appropriate date this limit should begin
e. For End Dt, enter the appropriate date this limit should end
f. Under “Limit” enter in the amount of tickets you would like to limit for this performance
g. Be sure to check the “Override Default Price Type” box
h. Terms can be left blank, or you can enter information for internal use.
i. Source No: should be blank
j. If you have other pricetypes available online for your performance that you would like to have the limit applied to as well, click the “Add” button in this window and follow the same steps
k. Once you are done, click “OK” to close the window
l. Click “Yes” to save changes to offers



 

***Please Note that we encourage you to add language to your event in TNMP Content types informing patrons of this limit***

The ticket limit will be enforced when you try to add additional seats to that price type. You are unable to click add once you reach the limit in TNMP.
