We don't currently offer Print at Home tickets. We would like to have it implemented within the next year but it isn't on our immediate to do list.
During our TNMP set up we are given options to input Hold at Box Office and PAH for shipping methods. But no option for mailout!
Does anyone else offer mailout instead of PAH? How do you communicate that to the patrons?

We have found that the majority of mobile transactions are for events coming up in the near future, where postal delivery may not be a viable method. And TN Mobile Plus has been designed to be a streamlined, easy to use purchase process, therefore we've limited the shipping methods to Hold at Box Office and Print at Home Ticketing. If you'd like a future version of the application to allow additional delivery methods, you are welcome to submit an enhancement request in the web products workspace in TASK.
In the meantime, if you are not using Print at Home Ticketing, your TN Mobile application will default to your HABO (Hold at Box office) delivery method.
