Small Enhancements
Address Verification Services: Configuration of real-time address verification services (AVS) from Experian has been moved to the Application. AVS can be enabled or disabled, when configured, using the TNEW Administration Site.
Tessitura Merchant Services: For organizations using Tessitura Merchant Services, several updates:
In some instances, Javascript in a user's browser may have caused unexpected issues with the payment form.
Improvements to web accessibility for the payment form displayed on the payment page.
Pricing Rules for Renewal Orders: Pricing Rules configured to apply to a package will now be calculated when the package is a renewal. This enhances the existing calculation of pricing rules for new packages which was previously supported.
Hosted Payment Processing: For organizations using Worldpay or Windcave as a Hosted Payment Provider, log messages displayed in the Site Logs will now include the Hosted Payment Provider name when appropriate.
Fixes to Reported Defects
Access to Administration Site: When a user had a usergroup which did not have TNEW Site Administration view rights assigned, the user may have previously been able to log into the TNEW Administration Site successfully.
Cart Timer: Several fixes related to the cart timer, displayed in the site-wide utility navigation:
Cart Timer did not always display the correct remaining time when adding events/items to a flex package on the Flex Package Selections Page.
Cart Timer may have been intermittently present on pages where it should always have been displayed.
Contribution Products: For new organizations implementing v16, there may have been an issue with contribution product after installation.
Donation Form on the Payment Page: When using the Donation Form on the Payment Page, the form was displayed when the cart only contained a contribution product. The form should not be displayed when a contribution is present in a user’s cart.
Event/Item Availability Messaging: If an Event/Item is not available in the current Mode of Sale (MOS), users may be directed to an error page instead of seeing the Single Ticket Unavailable Message on the Event/Item Detail page.
Google Analytics 4 Tag Configuration: For organizations using consent mode to manage user cookie preferences, the inclusion of the Google Analytics 4 tag was too early in the page source in order to properly manage user consent. The Google Analytics 4 tag, when configured, will now be positioned after the HTML head tag in site templates.
Promo Code Error Messaging: In some instances, promo codes when applied to packages may have displayed the incorrect error message.
Property Synchronization Failing: For self-hosted organizations, property synchronization may have failed to complete or enable. Property synchronization is now available for all organizations.
Server Name: The Server Name, displayed in the page source on all TNEW pages as well as Administration Site Homepage, previously may have shown the incorrect server identification. This has been removed.
Session Sharing Integrations: For organizations using Session Sharing Integrations, several fixes:
POST requests may have failed when a cookie was not included with the request.
POST or GET requests may have failed due to cross-origin restrictions.
POST or GET requests may have failed when a trailing slash in the origin for the request was included.
Site Data Page: The System Defaults reference table on the Site Data page in the Administration Site did not display the correct information for T_DEFAULTS.
Zone Configuration: The Price Zone Legend displayed on SYOS maps was ordering Price Zones by ID and not by Rank.
