Small Enhancements
Enhanced Transaction Handling for Tessitura Merchant Services: For organizations using Tessitura Merchant Services, enhancements to transaction processing have been introduced to ensure orders are successfully created with valid payments, including:
When a transaction authorization takes a longer than expected time to be returned, up to three additional attempts to check the transaction status will occur. Should the third attempt not return a successful authorization, a cancellation of the original payment will occur. The user will remain on the Payment Page and be shown a configurable error message.
After a user submits their payment information, if an error occurs in sending the payment for authorization, a check of the transaction status will occur. Should there not be an authorization, a cancellation of the original payment will occur. The user will remain on the Payment Page and be shown a configurable error message.
Fixes to Reported Defects
Error Message for Checkout Donations: When a user added a donation to an order on the Payment Page, an error message may have been displayed on the Confirmation page.
Error Message Display on Payment Page: For organizations using Tessitura Merchant Services, error messaging related to processing a payment may have incorrectly been displayed at the top of the page instead of near the Payment Form.
