TNEW v7.49.0 introduces support for Tessitura's new integrated payment solution, Tessitura Merchant Services. Powered by Adyen, Tessitura Merchant Services streamlines the transaction chain between Tessitura and your bank account and offers industry-leading security features. Tessitura’s expert team handles all onboarding and support. Streamlined payment entry: Tessitura Merchant Services introduces a new streamlined payment entry form displayed inline directly on the Payment Page and One-Page Giving pages.
Stored credit cards: When using Tessitura Merchant Services to process payments, customers now have the option to save credit cards and reuse them for future orders. This feature is only available on the Payment page when a customer is logged into an account.
Payment entry form styling: The inline Tessitura Merchant Services payment entry form is part of the Payment and One-Page Giving pages and can be styled as part of your overall TNEW site template. However, for security purposes, certain fields must be styled separately using the new Payment Entry Form component editor.
New error page for payment processing: Should an issue occur prior to processing a payment using Tessitura Merchant Services, customers will be directed to a new Error - Payment Processing page which can be configured using the page editor.
Note: Tessitura Merchant Services is only available for organizations using Tessitura version 15.2.26+
Fixes to Reported Defects
Flex package selections: When using certain browsers, the Event/Item Options section on the Flex Package Selections page may have previously not fully expanded after selecting an Event/Item.
