After our release of 7.48.0 to LIVE sites yesterday, we received reports of an increase in payment declinations for TNEW sites using Windcave hosted payments because of Address Verification settings. While we investigate the situation further, we have reset all LIVE sites to 7.47.1. We will provide an update on when we expect to re-release 7.48.0 once we have confirmed approach.
We use Windcave hosted payments. Our summer camps go on sale on 2/8, and this means heavy traffic to our TNEW site. Do you know if the re-release could come as soon as next week?
Hi Michael, we are currently targeting early next week for the re-release of 7.48. Due to the increased declinations due to Address Verification, the release will not include Address Verification functionality for organizations using Windcave Hosted Payments.
