Important Changes
Live Chat on the Administration Site
Live Chat with our Support Team is no longer available in the TNEW Administration site, however a new email to hello@tessituranetwork.com can be created quickly by using the button displayed at the bottom of all pages on the Administration Site.
Small Enhancements
Queue-it
When configuring a virtual waiting room, the API Key field label has been adjusted to reflect the appropriate information to use in the field. The field label is KnownUser Secret Key, which is found in the external Queue-It portal under account settings.
jQuery JavaScript Library
Unused references to old versions of the jQuery JavaScript library have been removed from several JavaScript files used for internal functionality.
