Small Enhancements
Third-Party Hosted Payment Processing
In some browsers, users may have experienced a loading icon which does not display properly when returning from the third-party hosted payment page. The text displayed on the intermediary page displayed after returning from the third-party hosted payment page has been adjusted to accommodate for this issue.
Payments may have been accepted for orders which were incomplete when a customer was using multiple browser windows, had their cart expire, or experienced an unexpected issue prior to returning from the third-party hosted payment page. Additional logging has been added to Site Logs to support identifying these occasions.
Fixes to Reported Defects
For Organizations using Windcave third-party hosted payments, a transaction response which indicated additional time was required for credit card verification was not previously supported and may have led to payments accepted without completed orders in Tessitura. This transaction response is now supported through three additional retries to obtain a transaction response.
Although rare, should a third-party hosted payment provider be temporarily unavailable, orders may have been completed without accepted payment. Should this occur, customers will now be shown a message indicating that their order and payment may or may not have been processed.
Payment Plans
When an On Account balance was applied to an order, the calculation of payment plan installment values and total amounts may have been incorrect.
Items in the Cart that were included in a payment plan may have had the “Included in Payment Plan” label mispositioned above the item depending upon template styling.
