7.43.0 Deployed to all LIVE Sites

The 7.43.0 release has been deployed to TNEW Live Sites. 

LIVE RELEASE DATE: May 18, 2021

Fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the release notes section of the Help System. 

Important Changes

  • Cookie Security

    • In support of ongoing browser and security changes, essential (or strictly necessary) cookies set by TNEW will now only be available to websites using the same domain, when a page is loaded (not by a client-side script such as Javascript), and using a secure context. For more information about changes that may be required for organizations with session sharing customizations, open a support ticket (http://hello.tessituranetwork.com) or visit the help system.

Small Enhancements

  • Specific Hosted Payment Method Recording

    • The specific payment account used for an order can now be linked directly with the order when Specific Hosted Payment Method Recording is enabled. (Note: Use of this functionality requires Tessitura v15.1.17 or higher and Specific Hosted Payment Method Recording to be enabled.)

Fixes to Reported Defects

  • Missing Customer Service Issues

    • Some customer service issues (CSIs) may have previously failed to save correctly when collecting additional data.

  • Primary Addresses on One-Page Giving Pages

    • Customers entering a postal address on One-Page Giving pages previously would have this address set as primary despite having an existing primary address. One-Page Giving pages will now only set the primary address if a customer’s current address is the default address configured in T_DEFAULTS.

  • Checkout Donations

    • When adding a Checkout Donation from the Payment Page, users were previously directed to the Cart Details page. Users will now remain on the Payment Page after adding a Checkout Donation to an order.

  • Zone Group Filtering

    • Users using a Safari browser may have previously seen an incorrect list of zones displayed when using zone groups for additional filtering on Event/Item detail pages.
