  • New Features

    • Mobile Opt-In

      • New phone number management tools are now available on the Payment, Guest Checkout, Update Account, Create Account, and One-Page Giving pages that you can use to specifically manage and communicate with constituents via their mobile phone number. Additional functionality can be associated with these phone numbers including explicit opt-ins to Contact Point Purpose and/or Contact Permissions for Event/Item and/or General Communication. This feature can be used to collect information for SMS messaging when using an external SMS messaging system and/or to offer a new method for the management of mobile phone numbers.

      • The Phone Number field on the Update Account and Create Account pages can now be set to optional or hidden; it was previously always required on these pages.

      • Note: For more information about this new feature, please the documentation in the TNEW Help System

  • Small Enhancements

    • Queue-It 3.5

      • For organizations using a virtual waiting room provided by our ecosystem partner Queue-It, new functionality is available with Queue-It version 3.5 which includes multiple queues, triggered actions, and enhanced bot detection. (Note: prior to enabling this version, please contact our support team by opening a support ticket or emailing hello@tessituranetwork.com.)

    • Digital Content Page in the Account Section

      • To facilitate load times, the digital content page in the account section would previously only display performances with a performance date on or after Jan 1, 2019. For organizations using Tessitura version 15.1.15+ this has been removed due to recent API enhancements.

      • The digital content page could not previously be selected as the default page in the account section.

    • On Account Payments

      • For organizations using On Account Payments, a new token ({:OnAccountRemainingAmount}) is available in the "Redeem Text" property that shows the total amount of money remaining in a customer’s on account balance after the amount eligible for the order has been applied.

      • The "Partial Ineligible Text" property in the On Account Payment component was not displaying when an order contained events/items that could not have an on account payment applied.

    • New Cart Functionality

      • To support newer features include Payment Plans, On Account Payments, On Account Contributions, and Partially Paid Renewals, enhanced cart functionality is required. Previously to enable any of these features, a support ticket was required, this is no longer required and these features can be enabled without creating a support ticket. Please review and test all Plug-Ins, Shared Sessions, Pre-Cart Customizations and Checkout Customizations prior to enabling any of these features. (Note: For more information about these important changes, please review this support alert)

    • One-Page Giving Address Validation

      • Customers that created an account using the Create Account Brief page and then returned to make a One-Page Giving contribution without making another purchase in the interim were previously prevented from completing the one-page giving contribution. The address entered on the one-page giving form will now be set as the primary address for customers completing a one-page giving contribution.

  • Fixes to Reported Defects

    • Gift Certificate Redemption

      • When a customer did not enter in a gift certificate number on the payment page but clicked the Gift Certificate Redemption Submit Button, they were previously redirected to a generic error page. The Payment Page will now display a configurable error message.

    • Special Characters for Worldpay Hosted Payments

      • For organizations using Worldpay hosted payments, customers may have previously been unable to complete their order when their address contained special characters that were non-alphanumeric.

    • Country Restricted Sale of Fixed Packages

      • When a package contained an event/item which was restricted for sale to a list of valid countries, the package previously displayed a message requiring customers to log in to an account but did not prevent them from proceeding with adding the package to their cart. Customers will now need to log in to an account prior to purchasing fixed packages containing event/items that are restricted for sale to a list of valid countries.

    • Incremental One-Page Giving Amounts

      • One-Page Giving pages with an amount button using a decimal ending in a zero (such as 50.60, not 50.65) were unable to be completed due to an issue with validation on the amount.

    • Production Season Error Pages

      • When loading the production season overview page if the production season id or slug used in the URL is not valid, customers will now be directed to the Not Found page instead of a generic error page.

    • Return URLs

      • Return URLs on the Login page, the URL were not respected if the customer opted to register for an account. Customers will now be directed to the specified Return URL after registration.

    • General Admission Event/Item Selection

      • Events/Items sold as part of a Flex Package with multiple zones where the Past Zones or Sold Out Zones have been hidden will now display the last remaining zone when the performance product is configured with a General Admission best seat map.
