  • Small Enhancements

    • Accessibility: We continue to make improvements to make TNEW more accessible. Included in this release is a fix to a prior update:

      • HTML <label> elements were removed from the Event/Item Details page Best Available form fields in a recent release and have been restored.

  • Fixes to Reported Defects

    • Payment Plans

      • With Payment Plans enabled in the Payment Plans component but disabled for one of the package components (Fixed Packages - Standard, Fixed Packages - Auxiliary, Flex Packages - Standard, or Flex Packages - Auxiliary), customers would receive an error when adding the package to their cart.

      • Payment Plan payments were not correctly calculated due to not including the amount for contribution type(s) configured with an On Account Payment Method.

    • Third Party Hosted Payments

      • For organizations using Windcave third party hosted payments, some payments and orders were failing due to a “transmission error” or “terminal busy” returned by Windcave.

    • Order Confirmations

      • For orders with a contribution and a payment plan, the Deferred By Payment Plan total and the first payment in the Payment Plan Summary were not calculating correctly on the Order Confirmation page.

      • Partially Paid orders displayed the incorrect amount due in Email Order Confirmations. (Note: For organizations offering partially paid orders, please contact our support team by opening a support ticket or emailing hello@tessituranetwork.com to request updated TNEW SQL Files.)

    • Performance and Package Inventory Content

      • Beginning with Tessitura version 15.1.1, the description for Inventory Content was extended to 100 characters after having previously been limited to 50 characters. (Note: For organizations using Inventory Content longer than 50 characters in Email Order Confirmations, please contact our support team by opening a support ticket or emailing hello@tessituranetwork.com to request updated TNEW SQL Files.)
