The 7.38.0 release has been deployed to TNEW Live Sites.

For v7, fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide.
New Features
Zone Group and Zone display enhancements
Zone Groups can now be displayed as a select list on the Event/Item Details, Fixed Package Detail (for Fixed and Super Packages), and Flex Package Selections pages. Zone Groups can be configured to display the number of zones available contained in the zone group as well as the price or price range of seats in zones within the zone group.
Times assigned to zones (in Tessitura, using Facility Manager) can now be used to hide the display of zones with a time in the past on the Event/Item Details and Flex Package Selections pages when the performance product performance date is the current date.
Display of zones was previously restricted to radio buttons only on the Fixed Package Detail page. Display of zones can now be configured as buttons, radio buttons, or a select list on these pages, as had previously been only available Event/Item Detail and Flex Package Selections pages.
On Account Payment Balance applied to orders
Customers can now view and apply available On Account Payment balances as a payment method to orders for eligible packages, events/items, contribution products, gift certificate products, fees, and/or checkout donations. Checkout Donation Form enhancements
The checkout donation form can now be configured to display different messages or use different methods for prompting for a donation when an order contains a package or only single events/items.
For donations added using the checkout donation form, an optional cart alias is available to override the display of the On Account payment method description or Fund name associated with the donation when a checkout donation is added to the cart.
Customers can now be prompted with an optional round-up of their order total to the next multiple of a configurable amount and to at least a minimum value in addition to or as a replacement for the current custom amount form field.
Small Enhancements
Accessibility: We continue to make improvements to make TNEW more accessible. Included in this release are several updates:
Page and component editors with heading properties have a new Heading Displayed property that can be used when the heading should not be shown on the appropriate page. This property should be used instead of setting the Heading property to a blank value to support customers using a screen reader or other assistive device.
Listing/Calendar Page:
The tab-order attribute for the Calendar View month name on the Listing/Calendar page was removed due to the month name not being an item which can be selected.
Changes were made to screen reader-only labels and attributes for events/items on the Listing/Calendar page to handle the use of commas and spaces in the performance or production season title.
Changes were made to screen reader-only labels and attributes for the View as Calendar tab, View as List tab, and calendar days on the Listing/Calendar Page.
Login Page:
Changes were made to the screen reader-only label and tab navigation attributes for the Facebook Login button on the Login page.
The Email Address Field on the Login page can now be auto-filled from values stored in a user’s browser.
In support of WCAG 2.1 AA, the default field label property value for the Create Account Brief button has been changed to more accurately reflect its intended use and permit people to skip content they are not interested in. If you have customized the value of this field label, this change will not be affected.
Event/Item Details Page:
Previously, when using the tab key on the Event/Items Detail page to navigate the Zone Select List, zones configured with Button as the Zone Selection Format were previously unable to be selected in visible order.
Changes were made to screen reader-only attributes to indicate the state of collapsible content for the text link used to show the production description content in the production season section on the Event/Item Detail page.
Logout Page:
The screen reader-only role and type attributes for the Continue Shopping link the /account/logout page have been removed as the values previously referred to the the element as button and not a link.
One-Page Giving button display enhancements
One-Page Giving pages using amount buttons can now be configured to display the amounts either with two decimal places or as integers.
Calendar/Listing Page and Production Season Overview page product display
The Listing/Calendar Maximum Date Range value, which limits the display of Events/Items on the Calendar, Production Season Overview page, and on Event/Item detail page in the Additional Events dropdown was previously limited to 24 months; this can now be extended to 36, 48, or 60 months.
Partially Paid Renewal Orders
For organizations using Tessitura version 15.1.13+ and the TNEW Legacy Hosted Payment form, partially paid renewal orders can now be enabled. Previously, organizations using the TNEW Legacy Hosted Payment form could not offer payments for partially paid renewal orders. Forgot Password form security enhancements
The Login Not Found Message property in the Forgot Password component editor was previously shown to a customer using an email address that does not exist in the database. For security reasons, this property has been deprecated and all customers will be shown the Success Message in the Forgot Password component editor.
Transaction data layer for analytics of $0 orders
$0 orders, where no payment was required, were not submitting transaction-level data in the analytics data layer.
Fixes to Reported Defects
Adding a donation or gift certificate on the payment page
The Success Message properties for the Donation Form component editor and Gift Certificate Redemption component editor did not display when a donation or gift certificate was added to the cart from the Payment page.
Editable Pricing for unseated events/items
Unseated Event/Items could previously display editable pricing when configured and enabled at the product or product type level. Unseated sub line items cannot have prices edited and editable pricing cannot be shown when an event/item is configured to be sold as unseated.
SYOS display of seats without a price zone
Previously, seats without a price zone assigned in Tessitura did not appear consistently with other unavailable seats in the SYOS map.
Performance Not On Sale message display
The Performance Not On Sale Message was displaying on the Production Season Overview page for events/items that had recently become available for sale due to an issue with performance availability caching
Duplicate Customer Service Issues (CSIs)
Some customers may have received duplicate customer service issues (CSIs) after placing multiple orders during the same session.
