For v7, fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide.
When setting up new features, enhancements to existing features, or making configuration changes, always test in your TEST environment prior to implementing in LIVE.
Fixes to reported defects
Editable Pricing:
For organizations in Asia/Pacific or European regions, Editable Pricing was not functioning correctly due to a reported defect with dates and times using the Tessitura REST API. This has been resolved.
For Events or Items with Editable Pricing enabled, when directly linking to the next available performance in a production season using /{productionseasonid}, editable pricing was not displayed despite being enabled. The first performance in a production season link will now display editable pricing if editable pricing has been enabled for that performance.
Event/Item Detail Page
Previously, if a customer requested more tickets than were available for a zone in a single request, TNEW may display the incorrect error message or, in some instances, no message. The Event/Item Detail Page will now display the Reservation Error Message property.
