7.35.3 Deployed to all TEST Sites

The 7.35.3 release has been deployed to TNEW Test Sites.

TARGETED LIVE RELEASE DATE: July 21, 2020

For v7, fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide.

  • New Features

    • Editable Pricing: You can now offer Pay-What-You-Wish-type events or items at prices entered by a customer on the Event Details page. Editable pricing is configured in Tessitura Pricing Setup and can be enabled at the Product or Product Type level in TNEW. Editable pricing is only available for best available events and items, and cannot be used with Select-Your-Own-Seat functionality.

    • Partially Paid Renewal Orders: Prior to this release, only unpaid Renewal Orders could be viewed by a constituent on the Renewals Details page. Renewal orders with partial payment by on account payment method can now be included on the Renewals Details page. (Note: This feature is currently only supported for organizations using third-party hosted payments. Organizations using the TNEW Payment Form will be supported in an upcoming release once a reported defect in the Tessitura API is resolved.)

    • Live Chat with Support: Live Online Chat Support is now available in your TNEW Administration Site. Agents will be available through Live Chat from 12 pm ET - 6 pm ET. If an Agent is not available, requests will automatically be converted to a support ticket. In addition, all chat correspondence will be recorded to a ticket once complete and an email notification will be sent with record of the conversation. (Note: Standard Support hours continue to be Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm local time with 24/7 emergency phone support.)

  • Small enhancements:

    • Minimum and Maximum Field Validation Messages: The Form Field Component Contribution Maximum Field Validation Message and Contribution Minimum Field Validation Message properties have been renamed to Maximum Field Validation Message and Minimum Field Validation Message respectively to reflect their use on Contribution pages, One-Page Giving pages, and Event/Item Details pages.

  • Fixes to reported defects

    • Guest Checkout:

      • If Guest Address Type property in the Guest Checkout component was configured to be different from the Default Address Type in LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS, returning guest customer addresses were previously being created using the Default Address Type instead of the Guest Address Type property.

    • Payment Plans

      • When using a payment plan on a renewal order, payment plans previously could not be saved when the order did not have an order date specified.
